Are you a coffee bar? Can I come, get a drink and hang out?

No, we are not a coffee bar. We are currently unable to sell beverages from our space.

Can I shop in person?

Yes! Our roasting facility is open for walk-in shopping during the following hours:

Monday & Friday: 12pm (noon) until 4pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 10am until 6pm
We are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

While we have most products available at all times, if you have an extensive order, consider placing it online first and then coming to pick up so you don't have to wait.

I placed an order for pick-up, when can I come get it?

Most pick-up orders are ready within 24 hours, but please wait until you receive email confirmation that your order is fulfilled and ready for pick-up.

How much is Shipping?

We charge a $6.95 Flat Rate on all Online Orders. Keep this in mind when placing your order and consider ordering more at once. Ordering a 2.2lb bulk bag or an extra 12oz bag can not only reduce our shipping footprint but also reduce packaging and material waste, saving you money on shipping in the long run.

How long will it take to get my order?

For shipments, order processing time is 1-3 business days. We are closed on the weekend. We ship via UPS and USPS, and shipping times vary by destination. These carriers also observe most national holidays, which will affect shipping times.

I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

Please email our customer service team at orders@chesapeake.coffee. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and a description of the issue you are experiencing, along with pictures if they are helpful in your situation.

How do I adjust something on my subscription?

Please log in to your customer account. From there, you can manage all aspects of your subscription: address, payment method, shipment frequency, and coffee type. If you are having problems, please contact orders@chesapeake.coffee and we will be in touch to assist you.
