How much is shipping?
Subscriptions of $40 or more ship for free! If you're under $40, you are charged our flat-rate shipping of $7.50.
What's Roastmaster's Choice?
The Roastmaster's Choice subscription mixes it up with a new coffee every month. It could be a blend, single-origin, limited edition, or a special roast just for subscribers.
You're at the whim of the roasters!
Can I change the coffee in my subscription?
Of course! Subscriptions are meant to follow your tastes. Log in to your account anytime to switch up your coffee or grind.
Can I make delivery changes, or skip an order?
Yes! Choose the frequency that best fits your coffee habits. Weekly, biweekly, monthly—it’s your call. And if you have too much or too little, it’s easy to adjust. Manage your order frequency through your subscription account.
I'm signed up for Roastmaster's Choice. Why do I occasionally receive the same coffee?
When you opt into the Roastmaster's Choice option for your subscription, you may see the same coffees repeated. We have 15 coffees available at all times, plus at least 3 limited-edition coffees per year. Our Roastmasters also periodically roast small batches of coffee the way they like it (they're lucky guys), and this subscription can include those "one-off" batches too. Plus, it's their choice! (And if Paul had his way, he'd drink Dark Sumatra every day.)

You can manage all your information through your subscription account. Just log into your account!
